Burger King: Has a BK veggie burger
Taco Bell: Has bean burros, tacos, etc.
Wendy's: Baked potato and top with the salad bar choices or do just the salad bar
EEGEES: Get the Veggie Grinder on Wheat or Rye without cheese and tell them extra veggies!
Chipotle: Of course has bean burittos and veggies to put on it and they have a soy-based protein "meat" that you can put in a burro or salad bowl along with veggies.
Subway: Two sandwich options: The Veggie Delite sandwich without cheese and load it with veggies. And they have a vegetable patty and you can still put on veggies.
A word about French fries. Although technically "vegan", try to limit greatly or avoid completely because of the high fat content from the oil. Also high in sodium!
